Passionate about food? Want to develop and strengthen sustainable food culture in Aalto?

Welcome to the multidisciplinary Aalto MA student workshop (2–4 credits) in March 2015. Workshop is organised by Department of Media / Graphic Design unit in collaboration with the Aalto Sustainable Campus project:

– Explore food sustainability in the cultural context
– Learn about the service design approach
– Learn to use context mapping & visual ethnography methods and tools
– Work (& enjoy food) together with a multidisciplinary team

Time & Location:
23-27.3.2015, 9am–4pm @ Design factory, Otaniemi campus
